Pan-European stakeholders could get an overview (ppt 293 KB) about the process of PEBLDS, its milestones, achievements as well as its shortcomings. This was followed by a presentation (ppt 280 KB) focusing on how civic society can get involved in the process.

Then participants listened to the presentation of the results of the Pan-European biodiversity assessment. Afterwards, professionals gave introductory presentations about the three main themes of the Conference.
