The event “Committing to Sustainable Development: innovative perspectives from Québec – Forests, biodiversity, water & renewable energy” is hosted by MEP Gaston Franco and organised by the EP Intergroup “Climate Change, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development”.

Renowned speakers shared the experiences from Quebec, Canada in the fields of sustainable development, climate change, forestry and biodiversity, while CEEweb for Biodiversity presented the CEE NGO perspective on effective tools towards sustainability, climate mitigation and sustainable land use at the EP event.
