The main goal is to build the new sections of the biking routes. On the slovak side, 1,541 km of biking routes will be supplemented by a new infrastructure whic will lead tourists to the cultural and natural heritage of the town Dolný Kubín and its surroindings. On the polish side, 19,98km of biking route will be signed (of whisch 8,52km is udner construction) and will lead tourists mainly to natural heritage. The particular section will be connected to the existing biking route NowyTarg-Trstená and will be completed by a supportive infrastructure, vertical and horizontal marking signs. The proposed biking route in Dolný Kubín will be conntected to the biking route Trstená-NowyTarg by the Orava cycling route as well as to the Orava railway (45 km). New 21 information boards will be placed alongside the cycling route Dolný Kubín - Czarny Dunajec - Zakopané3 and describe interesting places of cultural and natural heritage fo the cross-border area.
Elements of the cultural heritage will be improved – e.g. the Churchof St.Martin in Trstená, cycling maps will be produced for both regions (5400pcs). Information boards will inform about the historical railway. The promotion of the heritage and of the project outputs will be an accompanying activity
