Objectives and results of the project:

The project general objective is to develop and promote the opportunities for festival tourism in Vidin-Zajecar through development of new tourist infrastructure in Zajecar, and supply of instruments for Vidin orchestras.
Within the project will be elaborated a “Joint study on the opportunities for development of festival tourism in the cross-border region Bulgaria-Serbia” and “Joint tourism product for year-round festival tourism in Vidin-Zajecar”. New tourist infrastructure will be built in Zajecar and equipment will be supplied for the organization of Festival of arts Danube Waves in Vidin. Festival tourism will be promoted through organization of green school and youth camp, as well as a number of promotional materials, such as 30-min promotional movie and pocket guides.
