The overall objective of the project is establishing a multi border-crossing Hungarian-Romanian-Ukrainian Naturpark; based on the sample of the Hungarian Naturpark of the Szatmar-Bereg establishing of the local Ukrainian (Bereg) and the Romanian (Szatmár) Naturparks.
Main activities for the countries:
1. Hungary :
Operation and development of the Naturpark of the Szatmar-Bereg (establishing educational, public awareness programs, ranger services, operation of the naturpark’s webpage, translations of the webpage, publishing layman reports, new brochures, ordering informational, documentary film in DVD format).
2. Ukraine :
On the sample of the Hungarian Naturpark of the Szatmar-Bereg establishing a similar park (researches of the natural, cultural values, making a complex study, supply tools, professional study trips).
3. Romania :
On the sample of the Hungarian Naturpark of the Szatmar-Bereg establishing a similar park (researches of the natural, cultural, and unique landscape values, certify the results and making from these an attendance advising document. Assessment of local settlements’s basic information, publishing tourist and informational maps and brochures, establishing the region’s informational webpage, public awareness programs.
