Networking

The Natura 2000 Biogeographical Networking Programme exists to “promote the exchange of knowledge and cooperation on the management of Natura 2000 beyond national borders, within and between biogeographical regions”. The programme consists of networking events, including ad-hoc expert meetings, thematic workships and field visits. The events may be hosted and organized by either a Member State, a Natura 2000 management body, a scientific institute, or other organization involved in Natura 2000 management. The results of these meetings are published on the Natura 2000 Communication Platform.
