The project is implemented in the Romanian part of the Carpathian
Mountains. The project site is the community of Neaua, that
consists of five tiny villages: Rigmani, Sansimon, Neaua,
Ghinesti, Vadas. These villages are situated along a valley
so they strongly belong together geographically.
If you are interested in the history of these villages, please
read an old text by Balázs Orbán >>
During the implementation of the project the inhabitants
of each of the village expressed their opinion on the strengths,
weaknesses and opportunities for development of their villages.
