National Capacity Building Workshops for NGOs

During the project implementation national capacity building workshops for NGOs were held in Albania, Bulgaria, Moldova , Romania, Serbia and Montenegro. The workshops aimed to reach a wide range of NGOs concerned and to engage them in the implementation of the 2010 target.
