At the second meeting
of the Carpathian Convention Working Group on sustainable tourism (April 23-25, Poland) the draft tourism protocol to the Carpathian Convention was finalised and is now open for commenting. The draft protocol will be submitted to the 2nd Conference of the Parties of the Carpathian Convention (COP) as a document for information. The COP2 will take place on June 17-19 in Bucharest, Romania.
When commenting the protocol, please be as precise as possible, i.e. please indicate to which chapter and article your comments are relevant to, and please propose the different wording. Deadline for comments is 10 June, 2008. We would appreciate if you let us know your name, and organisation for which you are working. Please send your comments to Kristina Vilimaite via kvilimaite@ceeweb.org. Comments submitted later will not be included into the summary document that will be disseminated at the COP2.
