Find possible ways of funding
Check the process made regarding the selected tasks
Prepare the next meeting in Germany
Tasks of the Chair:
Formulate the sanctions if the members or the Chair don't fulfill
their undertakings; work out the reporting system (frequency, format,
content etc.) for both the Chair reporting to the members and for
the members reporting to the Chair
Send the Secretariat all necessary documents to become CEEweb member
(application form, statutes, founding documents, Work Program 2003)
Tasks of the CEEweb Secretariat:
Formulate the internal rules, except for the sanctions and reporting
system
Send Radu Creanga the application form
Publish the new WP on the web with necessary explications, and
make an open call to all CEEweb members to join the WG
Establish the mailing list of the WG
Find possible ways of funding
Check the process made regarding the selected tasks
Establish the CEEweb house style
Clarify the available budget of the WG - to be decided by the Board
in September
Send the link of the PHARE application form to all members
Clarify the terms of references, namely the precise content of
the following issues:
Representing the WG within the broader sense of the CEEweb network;
Working to promote the concerns of the WG;
To lobby for the policies decided by the Network and the Board;
Present at other (inter)national meetings which is in the interest
of the WG;
The author of written materials is the WGC, the responsible
editor is the General Secretary
