With the commencement of the next Multiannual Financial Framework period, it is due time for the national governments to submit their plans on how they will be spending their share of the EU budget for the upcoming seven years. In light of this, on 18 May 2022, the project partners of the “Towards a climate-neutral EU: efficient allocation of EU funds” project organised the webinar “How green will the EU funding be in Central and Eastern Europe? Assessment of national Partnership Agreements and Operational Programmes in 8 countries of the CEE region.”
During the webinar, speakers from Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia shared insights on the national state of Partnership Agreements and Operational Programmes, their preparation phase, and the participation of the general public.
Furthermore, they analysed the most promising elements of the plans, as well as the most concerning issues regarding the environmental perspective in each country.
If you missed the webinar, find the recording below, as well as the presentation.
