Description
The OBJECTIVE of the assignment is to provide communication training for an international Project Partner Team (mostly consisting of environmental specialists including Associated Strategic Partners) dealing with the project: SaveGREEN "Safeguarding the functionality of transnationally important ecological corridors in the Danube basin". The Project Partner Team deals with mainly the following stakeholders: National public authority, Regional public authority, Local public authority, Sectoral agency, Infrastructure and (public) service providers, Interest groups including NGOs, Research, General public. The training is aiming to teach negotiation/discussion practices to the Project Partner Team, and provide good communication/conflict management in case of conflicts with the above-mentioned stakeholders. The training is aiming better stakeholder engagement through better-prepared stakeholder meetings. Project Partners will benefit from this training and will be more successful in activities involving stakeholders. The seminar should be customized to our needs.
Expected number of attendees: maximum 30 people/training event.
Location: The seminar shall take place in/at 3 online and 1 on-site (Hungary)
Expected duration: 3 online and 1 on-site training days
Preferred dates: online: 1 March, 5 April, 3 May; on-site: 18 May. The timeframe for the online classes is 60-90 mins each, and a half day (approx. 4-6 hours) for the on-site training.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR A GOOD COOPERATION
For the successful implementation of the tasks agreed within the present document, the expert will:
- Accept that the working language of the project is English.
- Work closely with the contractor CEEweb for Biodiversity, Lead Partner WWF Central and Eastern Europe based in Austria, and the Project Partner Team (including Associated Strategic Partners),
- Communicate and cooperate with the Project Partner Team (including Associated Strategic Partners) located in Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania,
- Participate in the following events physical or online, according to the expert’s choice:
- Transnational technical experience exchange workshop in Hungary on the 18-19th of May
- REQUIREMENT ON OFFER:
The bid shall contain:
- Applicants shall provide a reference list of previous experiences in this field proving their competencies appropriate for tender requirements.
- The detailed price offer of
- all fees/costs (including VAT if relevant) of professional services provided by the applicant as in II. Tasks above,
- including all technically and physically required materials and equipment, which make able applicant able to fulfill the task (no separate reimbursement will be provided by the project),
- event attending fees, and expenses (no separate reimbursement will be provided by the project).
- APPLICATION CRITERIA FOR INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS:
- Knowledge / practical experience in communication training organization on the topic of negotiation and conflict management
- Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment as well as individual with minimal directions
- Excellent knowledge of English
- The applicant can be an NGO or a private company, preferably from the EU.
- The applicant shall declare the acceptance that all activity must fulfill all regulations of Interreg DTP as donor expectations and rules.
- APPLICATION AND DEADLINE:
Interested NGOs /organizations/companies should submit their references alongside a detailed price offer. The offer should include a detailed budget of the tasks (including all fees, costs and VATs, foreseen expenses, and sub-contracting fees).
The offer will be rejected if the offer does not include all expected documents.
The decision will be based on the best price principle.
Applicants will be announced on the results of the tender latest by the 18th of February 2022, the winner will be provided with the first draft of the contract including all the payment conditions.

CEEweb reserves the right to withdraw the tender if less than 3 applications fulfill all requirements of the tender, or the price-offers exceed the budget allocated to the tasks. In case of an invalid tendering procedure, CEEweb will continue the procurement process with simplified procurement and request offers directly from service providers. The simplified procurement procedure will be successful with at least 3 valid offers submitted by the 25th of February 2022.
