A bird sanctuary near the city centre? M\u00fcnster has one: In the Rieselfeldern you can observe rare bird species and take a walk to relax from everyday life.<\/p>

Just six kilometres north of M\u00fcnster’s city centre lies a wetland that could hardly be more idyllic: On your search for the cache, you’ll encounter a mosaic of shallow water and reed beds, wet grassland and avenues of fruit trees. Above all, however, you will discover birds of various species that have found a home in the 230-hectare nature reserve.
