Narrative

The subject of the project entitled: "Photovoltaic source - administrative building of the Municipal Office of Šaľa", is the complete delivery of photovoltaic technology, including the installation and assembly of devices on the roof of the Municipal Office building in Šaľa. A total of 66 photovoltaic panels with a total output of 30,030 kWp will be placed. The operation will be autonomous, without maintenance, without the need for operating personnel. The entire device is designed as an off-grid solution. The activity of the project is the construction of facilities for the use of solar energy for the production of electricity. The target object of the given activity is the public administrative building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which underwent a complex reconstruction aimed at reducing the energy demand of its operation. This project will follow up on these activities with the intention of covering the EE consumption related to the operation of this building from renewable sources, thereby achieving savings in the operating costs of the building and achieving higher energy efficiency and economy of the building.

The development of RES on public buildings is a good strategy for municipalities to fight against rising energy prices
