Program MY ELECTRICITY

Organisation: Institute for Sustainable Development Foundation Website: www.pine.org.pl Added: September 27, 2022
Project start date: February 03, 2020
Project end date: December 31, 2023

Narrative

The purpose of the program is to increase the production of electricity from photovoltaic micro-installations or to increase the self-consumption of generated electricity through storage (electricity or heat storage) and to increase the efficiency of electricity management in Poland. The projects must contribute to the national target for the share of renewable energy sources in total energy consumption and generation, and must ensure respect for the environment and protection of the landscape (which is possible especially in the case of photovoltaic microinstallations). Co-financing is provided for photovoltaic micro-installations and additional devices for storing electricity or heat and energy management system, the purchase and installation of which has not been completed before 01/02/2020. Funding is provided for projects completed before the date of application for funding. A completed project is considered a project in which: payment has been made in full for all the items listed on the invoices or registered receipts presented with the application for subsidy; all equipment has been permanently connected and put into operation; notifications have been made or relevant institutions have been informed of the investment made.

Financial data

Amount of allocation for non-refundable forms of financing is up to PLN 855,000,000 (appr 198,837,200.00 EUR). Funding is from the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2020 Measure 11.1. (100%).

Recommendations

The My Electricity program is a unique instrument, worthy of replication, dedicated to supporting the development of prosumer energy, and more specifically to supporting the micro photovoltaic (PV) segment, can make a significant contribution to the development of renewable energy in the face of the energy crisis in Europe.
