Noémi Borsos-Repka
Noémi is a sociologist-economist with extensive experience working in financial management in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She has a keen interest in social-environmental questions and is strongly committed to green ideas and civil society. Moreover, she believes voluntary work can teach us how to be a responsible, responsive and cooperative part of our local communities.
She holds an MA in Sociology and Economics (Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary), a BA in Tourism and Hotel Management (Budapest Business School, Hungary) and a Chartered Accountant degree. She speaks Hungarian, English, and Italian.
She joined CEEweb for Biodiversity in 2020 and acts as Financial Manager, inputting her work philosophy into the organisation: for a successful, sustainable project to be achieved, professional concepts and finances need to be implemented hand in hand, strengthening each other by a continuous sharing of relevant information.
Noémi likes biking and skiing and is a great fan of Italian culture and cuisine.
