Luna Milatović
Luna is a biodiversity expert and a project manager with over 5 years of professional experience in a range of environmental topics. She has worked as a research assistant, as a consultant on protected area and wildlife management at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and as a conservation officer at the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation.
Luna holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy (Central European University, Hungary) and a BSc in Biology (University of Belgrade, Serbia). Moreover, she is a fellow of the Klaus Toepfer Fellowship Programme. She speaks English, Serbian, and Italian.
Luna joined CEEweb for Biodiversity in 2022 as a Biodiversity Policy Expert and works on activities related to nature and species conservation, protected areas (Natura 2000), biodiversity and health, and water management.
During her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, embroidering, and taking care of her house plants. She loves music and travelling, particularly alongside her dog Lilly.
