Expert (Green Infrastructure)

Eliza’s professional interest and development are focused on the field of nature conservation — with an emphasis on Green Infrastructure (GI). She has worked in EU-funded restoration and GI projects addressing different perspectives and approaches, and she has done so for the non-governmental and public sectors both in Hungary and Germany.

She holds a Nature Conservation Engineer Master’s degree (Szent István University, Budapest) and a BSc degree as an Expert in Applied Environmental Studies BSc (ELTE, Budapest). She is also a qualified technical translator. Eliza speaks Hungarian, English, and German.

She re-joined CEEweb for Biodiversity in 2022 to work on the implementation of SaveGREEN and is now the Project Coordinator of our Peatlands and Mystical Danube projects.
