Biodiverzitási politikák

Contributing to the development and improved implementation of biodiversity policies has been an integral mission of CEEweb since its inception. CEEweb supports both national and EU biodiversity policy-development processes with strong positions, recommendations, and expertise while representing the interest of both its member organisations and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region in general. Whether biodiversity policy serves the protection or restoration of natural ecosystems or the enhanced biodiversity of farmlands, we stand and call for ambitious objectives and accountability in the monitoring and reporting on implementation. Species extinction and habitat destruction and degradation require a firm response from policymakers, environmental organisations and those responsible for the implementation of biodiversity policies and long-term strategies.
