CEEweb Strategy

This strategy is a working document defining mid-term prospects of CEEweb, including its vision and objectives, covering thematic work areas, organisational development, membership, communication, and financial goals.

Thematic priorities and work areas are constantly changing due to the diversifying project portfolio. New topics may be introduced, fine-tuned, or even abandoned in the forthcoming five-year period.

Specific thematic strategies will be also developed (such as communication strategy, membership-outreach strategy) and becoming annexes of this document at a later stage.
