Having found out what the most valued ecosystem services were in the Niraj-Târnava Mica region (e.g. timber, honey, diverse landscape, water retention, wild plants and mushrooms, touristic attractiveness), we provide suggestions for decision-makers to preserve them for future generations and integrate them to various sectors. Such is the case in this publication for the water sector.
